The Banquet hall has a minimum of 60 people and a maximum of 300. There are two halls, the Grand Hall and the Petit Hall; The Grand hall holds 100-300 while the Petit Hall Holds 60-120. Both of these rooms have 16 foot high ceilings and adjustable lighting to set the mood.

Within each ballroom is a single getting-ready room for the bridal party to use to prepare for their guests. The Crystal Grand Banquet Hall is entirely wheelchair accessible.
