Payal Banquet Halls have three main halls to host your wedding. The King, Queen and Princess Halls. The partitions in these halls change the rooms’ layouts to accommodate your vision. The venue allows couples to host as little as 80 people to as many as 1,000. Another benefit of being able to rearrange the room is the decor. Couples have no restrictions on decorating as they see fit.
Do the Payal Banquet halls allow outside vendors?
Payal Banquet Halls have a catering service, and they do allow outside catering vendors. It is important to remember that they do not have access to the kitchens. When having outside vendors, all food is made beforehand and then brought over in warmers. When choosing your menu, if you opt to pick an outside vendor, make sure to have food that does not need to be kept hot.
Booking a venue in advance is a good idea, but that does mean that estimating the weather on the day can be difficult. This venue does not offer a designated outdoor photo area. There are large windows on the second floor which allow a lot of natural light. This light is useful for taking photos with a backdrop rental like a flower wall, or various balloon arches.
This venue offers a list of preferred vendors. This list is a compilation of vendors they have worked with in the past and have had other guests compliment. Just because they have this list does not mean that you are limited to choosing from it, you are more than welcome to find your own vendors and source them from outside the venue!
