Yes. A deposit is required to reserve the rental items and event date. The current Events 365 Canada terms state that payments are non-refundable and that the remaining balance is due in full at least seven days before the event.

Date changes are subject to product and staff availability. The current terms state that change orders, including date changes and item removals, are subject to a change-order fee.

Payments are non-refundable. However, qualifying payments for a canceled event can be retained as credit for up to 12 months when written notice is sent by email at least 48 hours before the event. Review the complete Terms and Conditions before submitting payment, as the published rental policy governs each reservation.

Once the rental setup is complete, the client is responsible for monitoring the items and preventing guests from moving, damaging, or misusing them. The current terms make the customer financially responsible for any loss, damage, repair, or replacement of the rented equipment.

Please keep children and guests away from stands, electrical cords, mechanical equipment, and other restricted parts of the setup.
